Laborejo means "workshop" or "laboratory" in Esperanto, a language spoken by no more than 2 million people back in ancient times. It emerges in 2018, responding to the need of the young American market for increasingly clean and organic food in order to produce more energy through what is eaten. This differentiates it from what currently exists in the Miami market since it is aimed at vegans, pescatarians, vegetarians, and diners with a preference for organic or vegetable-based food. We want you to take part in a unique and sensorial experience never before lived. Our creations will impact vision through innovative presentations full of color, smell with the addition of aromatic organic herbs to dishes, and taste with foods like ginger and turmeric.
