Server did a excellent job. Food took forever. Steak was not cooked med rare as i ordered. Could see and hear many people at other tables complaining too. Bad experience. Wont go back ever
Quality of Service. I have been in this restaurant seven times. However, last night was indeed the last one. I always have the Outlaw Ribeye or the Skirt Steak, but they are always over cooked in this place. Although, I order my meat medium-well they always serve it to me super well-done. This is neglect and lack of staff training. Last night I was with my whole family and not only did they over cooked the meat, but they failed to steam the vegetables. They served all the vegetagles raw for all the plates. I had to re-order steamed vegetables after the dinner was served. Personally, I firmly believe this was outrageous and furthermore, I will neither come back to this restaurant nor will I let my family come back to it.
Great food,better service. The lunch specials are great. We ate here with family and everything was fantastic–the steaks, soups, salads, sides. The service was excellent. We would eat here again. The Pines location is also just as good!
Top 3 on my list of faves!. Longhorn’s is the restaurant to turn to for me when I can’t come up with any new places to try. Why? Because I know I won’t be disappointed! I love their food and their prices! I have always been greeted by friendly wait staff and have never had any problems with my order! Not to mention that it’s the perfect restaurant to go to when you just want to sit back, relax, and have a nice conversation! Highly recommended!
Salads are good as are the pork chops. Service is above par. I have only been here for lunch.
Steakhouse?. I just cannot get over the fact that I had ordered a New York Strip steak (and paid for it) & they brought me a sirloin. I complained that what they gave me was not a NY strip & they took it back to kitchen & they sent it back saying it was indeed a NY strip. I was so upset I couldn’t even eat it.
