Correction from previous post. The visit to your restaurant was 11/21/12.22 Nov, 2012Was in your restaurant on 11/22/12 in Doral, Florida. 2 of the ribs extremely spicy. They took it back and added sweet sauce instead of changing them completely. No candle for a birthday we were celebrating. First time Ive heard this. Every restaurant Ive been to has a candle as many people celebrate birthdays at restaurants. Overall, food quality not good. I think the restaurant has lost quality over the years. Definitely Flannigan’s beats them hands down. What a dissapointment. Coming from a person that has visited 100’s of restaurants.
Worst service ever!. I called twice times to ask directions, the staff was not only unwilling to provide directions from my hotel (where they advertise) but at points were downright rude and seemed offended I would even be asking how to get to their establishment. I had to call twice because I was hung up on the first time and waited 15 minutes for the manager to pick-up the second (they never did).If they are to advertise somewhere I think the most basic of expectations is that they will be more then willing to provide directions to get you there. It is an overall fail. If they are to treat you like this before you even arrive, what kind of service and attention can you expect once there. For one I can tell you: mediocre-bad at least. Save your money and dine somewhere else.
Food was crap. Worst ribs that I had in any Tony’s Roma. Fish was off won’t go back never again.
