Thumbs up and then some!. Fresh, fresh tuna avocado roll, shrimp tempura roll, and tempura sweet potato roll. Clean, service professional, sushi is top notch—the specials look wonderful! We had a beer at the sushi bar and got take out. Lots of sake choices to explore—enjoy!

We had a bad night. We went to the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our kids and we waited forever for our sushi to be served. We ordered kitchen food as well and it was served immediately. The lady server is very attentive and really take good care of us. We were watching the sushi chef at the bar and there are only 4 tables ( they all didn’t order sushi) he moves like there are no customer waiting even our lady server is rushing him. He just don’t care at all!!! I even talked to the owner ( the lady at the counter ) but she did not do anything either. The lady server is doing a great job trying to make us feel calm, but waiting for one hour and twenty minutes for basic sushi rolls is not acceptable. A piece of advice to the owner hire a different sushi chef before more people complain.
Great new gem in Dunedin. Blue Sake is a standout for great Asian fusion in northern Pinellas County, with an extensive menu featuring a variety of Asian cuisines in addition to sushi, including Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Malaysian and Filipino. Expect the sushi and Thai standards here, as well as some dishes you are unlikely to see on other local menus, such as the Malaysian mango curry with jumbo shrimp. Great neighborhood spot in an unassuming strip mall with friendly, attentive service. B
It’s just okay. Sushi was decent. There aren’t many sushi places around here. But the entrees weren’t very good. Don’t order chicken anything, whatver you do. It tasted pre cooked dry and bland. If go back for sushi. But nothing else.
Delicious! Everything we ordered from the apps to the sushi to the entree was fresh and prepared perfectly. We will be back.
