Dunedin is one of the nicest places to visit in Tampa Bay: charming, quaint, hospitable. If you want to have a wonderful experience, go anywhere in Dunedin, EXCEPT for Cappuccino’s. Yes, the lady is extremely rude. Do not waste your time or money.
Wow. Had a great time here was like being at Fawlty Towers, food was fresh and tasty, coffee was better than Starbucks. I liked the attitude of the counter staff, yeah so she may be a bit abrupt, but at least she wasnt like all those plastic people that serve you in other the coffee shops. if you want plastic go somewhere else, if you want a real person come here. I will come back.
Great quiche!. While on vacation visited this establishment. Had a quiet, delicious lunch. The quiche was wonderful! Cakes were baking in the back – heavenly aroma. I was the only customer at the time. So I read and enjoyed a leisurely meal.
Don’t go there !. We were visting Dunedin today and after a good lunch we were looking for a place to have a good coffee + bakery for desert … ended-up at Cappucino’s (supposidely the best coffee on earth !?) … really ?Not a very warm welcome … cappucino served in an overflowing cup and definitely 10 times worst than what you could get in a Starbucks … and the bakery ? well a slice of cranberry/nut cake most likely made few days ago and charges $3.50/slice …No way !
Never have I been to a place more inhospitable. The woman at the counter was rude when I asked if they could make a drink decaf. It seemed as if she didn’t want my business or any business. I’ll find someplace else to go in Dunedin!
Skip Cappaccino’s. I’ll start by saying, the space is super cute. Great look and location. But after the charm of the decor wears off, you are left with a bitter owner barking at her employees. Prices are high.
Don’t Waste Your Time or $$$. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude, no wonder we were the only ones in the shop. She acted as if it was a bother to make my iced cappuccino. I asked her three times to sweeten it, and she ignored me. $7 for a watered down shot of espresso, a drop of steamed milk. Save your time and money, go someplace else!
