Flawless. My wedding was hectic because many things were very last minute. As the wedding date got closer I tried to make arrangements to get into contact/visit Chef Nelson but there was just way too much on my plate. Instead my husband went and tried to best repeat exactly how I wanted the design of the cake. Chef Nelson reassured him that cakes are his specialty and basically told him to tell me everything was in good hands. Seeing the cake when I arrived at the ceremony blew my mind. It was so much better than what I imagined. Not quite what I initially wanted (because I was so wrapped up in other plans to fully explain the design) but I was more than pleased with it! AND it was SOOOOOO delicious. The cake was a huge success in the most important day of my life and I owe it all to Chef Nelson. We’ll be back for more on our 1 year anniversary!
Amazing. Chef Nelson is not only a very very nice man, he is amazing at what he does. He makes beautiful… and TASTY cakes. He is very fair with prices and his cake fillings are to die for. I would never get a cake for any occasion elsewhere, he does not only do wedding cakes but also cakes for all occasions. I am throwing my friend a baby shower and I was thinking of going to publix, well for a cake to serve 25 (that isnt very special at all) it would have been $50.00 but for a BEAUTIFUL cake from chef nelson that serves 40 is costing me $40.00. Trust me you will LOVE him and his cake, he has a passion for what he does and he makes it easy and gets you excited about what he is going to do for your special day.. whatever that may be. He made me a fantastic wedding cake and im sure this cake for the baby shower will be as amazing as he made it sound.
