Bad food and worse service. Don’t waste your time!
Was excited to try this place as I am English but unfortunately a rude young man who has no manners had a go at my five year old daughter for having no shoes on (her flip flops had fallen off) overpriced menu and $18 for two ciders and a cranberry juice?? The only thing British about this dump is the flag on the sign.
Good food, good specials… I go often and they never disappoint…
Local Fave. If you want it, they have it. And it will be good and there will be more than you could ever eat. Their specials are awesome. And I know, everybody says it, but seriously, they have the best fish and chips! Oh, you don’t want chips, no problem, sub any other side. I recommend the mashed potatoes and Guiness gravy. Best wait staff and bartenders in all of Dunedin! We love Kelly and Tabitha. We moved here a year ago and they made us feel right at home.
Went in late on a Tuesday , kitchen staff had already went home. The owner himself cooked us a meal. Everything was very good . Clam strip heaping over the plate. Greek salad with tons of feta . Bartender very sweet and even heated a snifter for grand manier. Very welcoming . We will be back.

Fantastic!. My family eats here once a week! Try the spinach dip with the homemade tortias! The fish and the crab legs are amazing. Mike and Lisa are wonderful people. They have Strongbow on tap, so cider lovers are in heaven!
