  WORST SERVICE AND FOOD!!!. I have Eaten here a few times because I am local to the area and they always mess up my order because of the language barrier and I understood that and never cared but this time I went with my mother and she ordered the country fried steak and I ordered a cheeseburger well-done – it all started out when she said that my mother cannot customize her salad it came with the ingredients it was already premade, once again no fuss we didn’t care she charged us an extra $.50 for cheese didn’t care – then the order comes out and of course the order is wrong which is no problem we were expecting that. My mother’s country fried steak was so greasy that she can literally not eat it, The mashed potatoes were a bland but that wasn’t the problem it was the probably brought it to the servers attention she said okay packed it in a box and and then left the table – oh well we said her husband would eat it no problem, as I was eating my burger I realize that it was raw in the middle and I’m very picky about well-done burgers and steaks which I asked for well-done , all the time I realize my burger was role and the fries were hard as rocks. She came by and put a receipt and my mother meal in a plastic bag on the table and said sorry you did not like your food, with this mail you get a complementary putting or ice cream, at this point we were kind of over the situation and asked if we could have a putting to go. She responded no you had to eat it here, okay?? Went to pay at the register and spoke with someone else and he jokingly forgot to charge $.50 for the cheese, I said sing that she did not get her putting and I did not get my coleslaw and pickle with that comes with my burger maybe you can exclude the $.50 charge- he laughed and continue to charge me anyways!!!! The service was terrible and we made excuses so many times!! PER IGNORANCE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE
