Best sushi in Dunedin/Palm Harbor/Clearwater. Took 3 years to find it. Moved here from CA and was starting to think I’d never have sushi again. The sushi is awesome, and they have the best Thai food as well. I saw another review on here from someone else form CA; they must have had a bad moment, because I go all the time and the food is great every time.27 Oct, 2012Happy to find this place!. We moved here last year and I have been trying to find good sushi. Up until now I have been disappointed. I googled Dunedin Sushi & Thai and of course this pops up. SO glad we decided to order and give it a try. We had their coconut and won ton soups – both excellent. Chicken Pad Thai – excellent. Beauty and the Beast sushi roll – excellent. Spicy Tuna Roll – this is my favorite sushi meal, and I’m always disappoined because everyone around here grinds their tuna. Not TYT&S! Whole, fresh pieces! Best sushi I have had in so long- FINALLY I have found MY NEW SUSHI PLACE! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Not the best sushi option… I read a few reviews prior to trying this spot out. Some were good, some were not so good…everyone was accurate on the service end…..very SLOW. Not the best choice at lunch if you’re on a time limit. The sushi was ok…probably not the worst choice in the area since good sushi restaurants are hard to come by in the Tampa area when you’ve moved here from California. My advice would be to stick with rolls over the nigiri or sashimi though.
