Good only because of the prices.. After seeing all of the reviews, I had to give this place a shot. First of all, it isn’t ice cream, it is soft serve. But they do a good job of dressing it up with dipped cones and toppings. You definitely can’t argue the value either. I ordered a large cone dipped in toasted coconut with vanilla and chocolate swirl. The ice cream rose above the lip of the cone by 8 inches and it only cost $2.60. It was too much for me, and I RARELY say that. Just know this is about value and not quality. If you want quality ice cream, you won’t find it here.
Melbourne Treasure. As a Mel High alum of more than 10 (and 20) years ago, I grew up going to Del’s. I was horrified when it was boarded up during the renovation, thinking it had been a victim of our bizarre economy. Was ENORMOUSLY relieved when it reopened. As for the morons who give it anything other than a glowing review, they must be the same ones who keep those stupid $9 cone places open. Stupid is as stupid does, I say!
I am absolutely addicted to this place and I don’t even like ice cream. I just can’t help but love it. Perfect classic ice cream/ soft serve!

A wonderful local landmark. If you like soft serve this is the place!!!!! My favorite is their vanilla/peanut butter side-by-side in a cup, YUM!! AND, the prices are great. Expect long lines at the end of a hot summer day, but they go fast and it’s so worth the wait. I love supporting the local Mom and Pop establishments, they are a dying breed.
