I love subs. One of the best sub shops around. The owners are so friendly and caring. They even knew my familys order by heart after a few times of going. The subs are big and filling for sure. The lunchmeat is very good, never old. I love eating here.

So yummy!! By far my favorite sub place in Melbourne. The staff/family that own the place are super friendly too.
Friendly staff, and a great selection of really tasty subs. I had the roast beef melt and was really impressed. I’ll be back.
Context. This place far exceeds subway, or almost any other sub shop. I usually get the seafood salad sub, and it’s excellent. Sometimes roast beef. Some from my office love the reuben. I wonder if that other reviewer is working for whatever competition there is. This restaurant is in an obscure location, yet succeeds thru this bad economy, there is a reason for that. The menu items are fairly pricey though, but I consider the quality worth the price.
I vote no on this place. Not even as good as Subway! Stingy on the meat and cheese. Over priced too. I got the tuna, didn’t eat it. A gloppy gooey texture. I suspect the add breadcrumbs and old deli trick to keep the tuna from getting watery. I asked what was in the tuna. No mention of bread. I don’t believe it thought. My vote , No.
Great fresh hoagies. Family owned, and it shows.
