Just Meh. Skimpy salad bar. Bbq pulled pork was ok, but not nearly as good as other bbq places in the area. Bbq chicken was bland. Seemed like very commercialized food. A little over priced for what we got. Service was excellent though. Probably won’t return, Memaws was far superior.
Never again. I have had issues with this store for years..but kept going back because they were the closest to our home. They managed to screw up every pick up order I ever placed. The restaurant itself is not very clean. The Staff is seldom personable. The food is average..and the prices are ridiculous. They think very highly of themselves and have raised the prices yet again. The only thing I like anymore is the salad bar. But now we have Bubba’s BBQ, Hog Wild and CJ’s BBQ. Don’t need them anymore.. bye bye Dustins..

Mrs M. This was the absolute worst excuse for BBQ our family of 6 has ever tasted. Rather than call this BBQ I would call it smoked cold cuts! Seriously. True BBQ Pork is suposed to be pulled, not sliced! The brisket, the same. Sliced like lunch meat. I am not sure who in their right mind would consider the food the food served there edible. I certainly would not! When we spoke the waitress about our dismay at the presentation, quality, texture and flavor of the meats, she assured us that they were the most popular BBQ in town and offered to replace one of the meats with another meat. When we declined, she offered to take the price of one of the meats off our bill. I would have rather paid only for the items that we could eat, (sweet potato and drinks). Although we did manage to stomach down the sweet potato, it was over cooked and mushy, but we were starving! Never, ever will we eat at Dustins again.
My wife and i had a great experience here. Good food and service. The beef and turkey were better than the typical BBQ chain places. If you want two meats, order the ribs and chicken combo for $9.99 and substitute whatever meats you want – saves a few dollars than ordering one meat and adding a side.
Typical BBQ. Has salad bar. Ribs are good. Fried fish too battered and oily. Fast service. Popular for locals.
