  I also agree, by the name I expected American (with healthy options) but when I walked in I expected Chinese food. This should have been a sign to turn around and walk out but i thought maybe they just opened and i would give them a chance. Now that I read the previous two reviews I see this buffet has been set up like this for at least 3 months… I then got to the steam tables to find all fried processed food. I don’t think anything is made fresh here. It all seems like it comes frozen from food distributors. All the food was bland and over cooked. I will not be visiting this place again.

  Im still not sure. Here’s the problem,i was put off when i first walked in because the place is poorly decorated and the tables were the cheap hospital cafeteria tables.the place screams chinese (standard chinese decorations every where,frosted glass designs and layout)but there was maybe 4 chinese items.which were horrible,the ribs tasted like they had been boiled then looked like there was spaghetti sauce on them (however even though it looked bad,the sauce was decent)and the only soup available was beef stew(???)the rest was standard american fare with some of the greatest fried chicken i ever had and the chopped steak was fair.the mashed potatoes were the most massive glop of glutenous goo ive ever seen.my waitress was very nice,the owner was very nice everyone seemed happy and friendly.but the attention to details here is non-existent and the food is way below average with a sprinkling of an occasional amazing offering.this one is a coin toss…which usually means its a no-go
