My children and I was San Remo last week and I saw a guy starring at my children. This guy was creepy. When I went home I look under Brevard County and saw the guy looking at my children. His name is Eric Arnold and he is a Sexual Offender with the Registration number 209946 for Lewd or Lascivious on a child under 16 year old. The victim per the report was a 14 year old female. Please look around before you order food to make sure that this guy isnt there.
Dissatisfied. Ordered two pizzas from there, a bacon and mushroom pizza and a meat lovers pizza. When I got there it was a supreme pizza and a bacon and mushroom pizza. After telling the guy the order was wrong he argued and persisted that it was what I ordered and would not fix it. Very disappointing service.

Always good and i go quite often. I have never had a bad meal here and the service is always good. My only complaint would be the small plates used for the salad bar. When i make a salad a like to make a full salad and so does my guest. Please splurge and offer your guests a larger plate. Thank you.
Wish we never went. The service was terrible and my meal tasted great, but my husband came out burnt. The waitress even made a comment and never did anything. She went to refill my water and never brought it back. Then she gave me our bill which was 31.00 but when she ran my card it was 55 dollars. So instead of subtracting the difference or giving us our meal for free since they made a serious error. He ran my card again so now I have close to 100 bucks taken from my account and 2 days later still not put back on my card. The owner even lied and said we wouldn’t even see the charge on our card. My husband called the owner and he apologized, but didn’t offer anything for the ordeal. I am glad I don’t need that 55.00 $. I hate giving a bad rating but I want to save someone the trouble. Times are tuff and we put a certain amount of trust in places that use our cards. To run our card again was absolutely unacceptable. NEVER LET ANYONE RUN THE CARD AGAIN!
Worst service EVER. I just had the worst customer service at this place. Me and my office of 10 have gone here for years. The service is always changing but never great. It is near our office and it holds us is why we go. Today I called in for a pick up order. 6 orders, they gave us 5 of them. I called right away..we are only 2 min away. Told them that we were missing a sub and someone was on their way. When the person got there, he was told by the OWNER he was 100% sure he had put it in the bag and he was not making another one. There were only 2 brown bags of food. Does that seem like a smart thing? We will never go back, and we are posting on every site about how rude this was and very uncalled for.
Wow, we did not feel special…struggled to get waited on and we struggled all night…we wish them well…however, very average…felt as good about this experience as a McDonald’s drive through….seriously the service could have cared less that we came into the place.
