Great inside yucky outside. The food is amazing and the cost is perfect. The only thing unappetizing is eating outside while the servers have the dirty dishes piled and rag bucket outside. There was a wait so we ate outside, never again i lost my appetite as the server was wringing out his rag on the deck yuk!germs and more germs bad thing was we were sitting RIGHT next to it.so we will remain inside other than that food always superb and portions even greater.
The service was awesome and the food was delicious. We had to wait 25 minutes on a busy Thursday night but it was worth the wait. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious as was the BBQ chicken. Will definately be back again.
Killer Ribs. Very tender and delicious
Place needs cleaning. We do go periodically; because it’s so conveniently close by. Food is good OK plus. But omygosh; that front door is so disgusting. You could take a putty knife and scrape all the crud off the wood around the door handle. I’m not a sanitizing freak (although I do use the ones offered by Publix to wipe your cart handles down). I doubt too that the menus ever, ever, get a sanitizing wipe down. Take my own little packets of wipes now. They made a big mistake with me some months back; I asked abut the salmon and asked if was it wild…. Oh yes, I was told; it is. Liar, liar, pants on fire. Of course, it wasn’t – it was farm raised (and that’s usually in less than desirable conditions). If it’s really wild caught salmon from Alaska, you’re entitled to list it that way on the menu. But don’t have your server(s) tell the customer that it is wild-caught !!!
The only thing tasty here is the bread. This place is just not very good. The bread and cinnamon butter is delicious, but unfortunately it stops there. If you are looking for a nice meat and veggie meal, go next door to Charlie and Jake’s.
This USED to be a good place to eat. Expect it to be noisy- it always is loud. Expect peanut shells on the floor- they always are. Expect the silly once in awhile line dance/song break out- you can’t ignore it.DO NOT expect consistency as some other bloggers wrote: depending on who is working the grill will determine how your steak comes out irregardless of their guidelines on the menu. Desert lovers: this is not the place for you. Anytime we’ve ever tried something it is either stale or still frozen.
Popular steak house. Texas Roadhouse is a good place for steaks. They have a varied menu of beef, pork, chicken and sandwiches. I have been eating at the Texas Roadhouse for more than 10 years and have yet to have a bad steak. One thing you can depend on is the meat is consistently prepared and good. The service is excellent. Not fancy but a good place for excellent steak!
