Very Mediocre. A medical appointment took us to south Orlando, so I researched the restaurants down there. I’ve been to Peru and found Brazas Chicken. The great reviews led us there.It was a disappointment. If this restaurant was located in Lima or Miraflores, it wouldn’t make it. I consider Peruvian style chicken the best I’ve tasted, and this restaurant let us down big time. The condiments seemed to be okay.I also checked into their fish. I asked the waiter what kind of fish they used for both frying and ceviche. He said it is all talapia. I can’t believe a Peruvian restaurant only serves talapia! Oh, well, the people who haven’t traveled 50 miles outside Orlando should be happy.
Love the chicken with the salad. Chicken has a wonderful flavor! Salad dressing is awesome and my favorite is the corn with the white sauce!

LOVE the food & the staff! Great service every time we come & we’re regulars. They know our exact orders – Ceviche & Bistek. So goood! They also have the best chimichurri & very generous portion.
Bravo, Brazas!. Our first foray into Peruvian food, and we liked it! Our waiter was very helpful and patient as we navigated the menu. The chicken was great, incredibly tasty, and again our waiter was so nice, bringing other sauces to try. Side dishes were great too. If we’re in Orlando again, we’d definitely go back!
The ceviche al toston is simply amazing!!!! Will be returning for more of that. Skip the avocado salad though. And beware, when they say spicy they mean it! Peruvians don’t play!
