First time brunch at Stefano’s. Portions were generous, but lacked seasoning. Our server was adequate, though a little overwhelmed. She was polite, apologetic and trying her best. The tea was instant, not acceptable to us ever, but if you like it… Overall we had a nice meal. Pay at the register was frustrating because she asked how much tip we wanted to put on the card. I told her 20%, to which she responded with a number. I hadn’t seen the check, my husband had it he, not thinking, approved the amount and we left. As we were leaving, I realized that it was only 15%. Though, that is still an acceptable tip, I generally would give 20% then + for superb service. I would appreciate being able to write in my tip amount.
