Took entirely too long to be acknowledged and helped for a simple to go order pick-up during lunch time, especially considering how slow they were. And to top it off, when we got home, the order was wrong.
I’ve tried to give this place a chance, since it’s so close to my house. But I’m disappointed everytime I come. I’m guessing they can’t find good help here, because service is always slow and food mediocre. Today, we came and there were probably about 12 people being served. Our server didn’t come to our table til 20 minutes after sitting. A group came in after us and got drinks and their order in before our server even came. The food took awhile and my son noted that his food has been sitting up for awhile. The other beef o brady’s in town are much better in service and food quality.
Reuben sandwich. I went to an Irish restaurant so got something typically Irish, the Reuben. The flavor of the sandwich was terriffic. However, both the meat and sauerkraut were in short supply. I’d rather pay another dollar for the sandwich and get more meat on it. I got it put on the homemade Cuban bread which was a good choice as it was great bread. The homemade pita style chips were terriffic.
Slow service. Food and mixed drinks is okay… Only reason we’ve been here more than once is because the Italian restaurant across the street was slammed packed.
Slow service even when it is completely dead. Food was average. Not impressed.
Basic, American style fare. Good beer prices. So so service. Nothing special.
