Decent Burger Option. The burger was made from fresh meat (which is a becoming more and more rare these days) and was nicely charred, and the cheese was really melted. The server was friendly and prompt. It’s a good option for the beach.

I love the Boardwalk Cafe. Nice family friendly casual environment. I have been going there for years. Sometimes I go dressed up, and sometimes I am just in a swim suit, both are cool. The food is surprisingly good each and every time. My favorites are chicken wings and fries, or the salads. The Ice cream is always great for desert, and the workers there are laid back and kind. Love it!!!

Never Disappointed. We’re local and have been to Hemingway’s several times. We’ve never been disappointed in either the food or the service, and the location is great. Maybe a little pricey, but everything is in a tourist location. Definitely recommend to family/friends visiting the area.

What kind of fish was that?. My wife and I went there last night. On the positive, it was not crowded, we were seated quickly, and our server, although inexperienced, did a very good job checking back with us. However the food was not good. We had ordered the grouper basket and a gyro. On the positive side the gyro and fries were ok. However the grouper basket, which the menu stated as lightly breaded were like bricks, and I am not sure what kind of fish it was? It was in such small proportion to the amount batter that was on there, all that could be tasted is fried batter. To end on an up note, their tartar sauce was pretty good.

Delicious!. This is the first place ive found since i moved from New Jersey that actually cuts the gyro meat right off the cone. The restaurant was packed so it took a little bit for us to get our dinner but it was worth the wait. The gyros and hummus were delicious!

The service was so slow even though there were only 5 tables being served. After ordering, the waitress ignored me for 30 minutes. I had to walk up to the front to ask for another drink. When I finally received my meal, the mahi mahi was overcooked and cold. I hate that I wasted a vacation dinner on this place.
