Been here twice and it did not improve between visits. First time we just wanted a quick sandwich so got one pork and one brisket…. both very average and the buns were downright nasty cheap supermarket soggy things. However a year later and we have noticed that it seemed to be doing ok so we went again. I asked the server if they were using the same rolls as when they opened and she said yes Im afraid so … they are not good are they? She suggested we have the texas toast so we ordered one chicken and one sausage. The sausage could not be eaten as a sandwich as it was so soggy and soaked in sauce. My chicken was shredded so finely it was like rice or even breadcrumbs and had hardly any sauce so was very very dry with a strong herby taste. The texas toast but had obviously not been made to order and was soggy. The fries were disgusting and were again old and extremely dry. Two tries and you dont get another chance, so wont be going back again.

I actually threw in the towel thinking never again will i get my bbq groove on. Everywhere I eat bbq its either no taste or down right terrible. I’m not from texas but i love good texas style bbq which is what brothers bbq taste like (5 Stars+). Thanks brothers bbq for getting my bbq groove on again. I will certainly be bragging. Oh thanks, now i have to go find my towel. 🙂
