We are always looking for good places to try and this place has made us repeat customers. We have only tried three of their sandwiches and sadly that is because the Bourbon Street Club is aaaaa-mazing! So when you go don’t pass it up. To our military families they give a discount and every Tuesday kids eat free with adult meal purchase. The kids have only eaten the cheeseburgers but they love them & our daughter is picky with them.
This place is a definite WOW! It’s a local gem and worth the drive across town. Firstly, it’s a family-owned business and not a chain restaurant. Second, everything is made on the premises, even the substantial veggie burger. Third, the burgers are amazingly flavorful. Fourth, everything is cooked to order. I knew I was in for a treat when they asked me how I wanted my burger cooked. I can count higher, but I want to describe the perfection that was the Butcher Burger. It’s a whopping 10oz of fresh beef seasoned impeccably, topped with their own Butcher Sauce, and thick-cut Applewood bacon. It’s pure heaven! The fries on the side were crisp, but next visit I am upgrading to the side-winder fries that looked decadent. This is no place to skip on calories, but why would you in a burger place? Without exaggeration, this is one of the best burgers I have ever eaten.As if the food were not enough, as a veteran, I appreciate the nod they give to the military, including the Missing Man Table at the front of the restaurant. If you are not familiar with this, they have posted above the table a plaque explaining the tradition and the symbolism.A final compliment to the owners: the bathrooms were spotless. A clean restroom is generally a sign of a very clean kitchen.
This place is amazing. Their burgers are beyond what anyone else can offer. The owners and staff are super friendly and do anything to please the customer. YOu must stop in if near the Navy Base.

I really wish nothing but the best for this little local gem. Living on the base there aren’t many good options for dining without driving a fair distance, so we were excited to give this place a try. They definitely did not disappoint. We both had burgers, and they were juicy and flavorful. My burger had onions and mushrooms, which were whole and only added to the flavor. There was a great balance between the burgers and the toppings. The fries were great, and the sidewinders were unlike anything I’ve had before. While eating I was looking at the menu, and I cannot wait to go back to try some of the great sandwich options. I’m so glad they’ve opened and are so close. On top of the great food, the staff were wonderful. The owner is genuinely appreciative of the business and is so open to feedback. The limited hours are my only complaint.
I had the B.L.A.S.T. And it was delicious. I also had friends get the burgers and they were cooked perfectly and were a good size and super juicy. Two friends that don’t care for beef enjoyed their gormet chicken sandwich or chicken salad sandwich. This place is more than just burgers. Don’t be fooled by the atmosphere. The food is good. The decorations will come as more people hear about this convenient and fresh burger location right outside of NAS Pensacola.
