Great food and great price. I have been to grape garden multiple times and have never had a bad experience. My food has always tasted good and is served quickly. The employees have been polite and the only negative I can think of is that they don’t delivery very far. Other than that its great.
Inexpensively good lunch. Food, service and price are great for lunch! Could use a few more tables.
Love it!. Delivers to NAS Pensacola and the food is amazing! My fav may have to be the crab rangoons, wonton soup and egg drop are awesome! And the Singapore noodles are amazing too!
Food is half decent. However I called in an order and the man talking my order was extremely RUDE. It was an hour wait for delivery when I called he said it should be there any minute then he hung up on me 40 minutes later my husband calls and he starts telling at my husband saying the good will be there when it gets there! Excuse me I am a paying customer, and if my account hadn’t already been charged and I want do hungry I would have cancelled. When the driver arrives he apologized profusely teeming me that said man is an ahole. Will never order to go again and if I decide to go back to the restaurant out will be to give him s price of my mind
Good stuff. They have the best hot and sour soup that I have found in the area and I have tried them all. I get the large container every time so I can have leftovers. Service is fast and they are friendly.
Very disappointed customer. This is my first time writing a negative review about a restaurant but I am very disgusted with the service I received. My husband and I eat here about twice a month so yes the food is ok. I placed an order for Singapore rice noodles and what I was delivered was the most disgusting Ramen noodles with soggy veggies, over cooked shrimp, tough pork, and dried out chicken. I called them back to speak with the manager and she told me the old cook was out and she’d give me a call to pick up my free order when he returned. Well he never returned so I never got a phone call. Turns out, they replaced all the cooks. I spoke with another manager about the issue and he’s just as stingy as the rest of them. He’s very rude, rushes you off the phones, etc. Not to mention he hung up on me. I will never eat here again nor will I recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will be sure to take my family/friends anywhere but here when they visit.
Kinda disappointed.. How can a restaurant only deliver to the naval base? Pretty sure my money is good too.
