K c johns is a diamond in the rough. Probably the best brisket I’ve ever had. The beans and are hands down their best side and they keep things simple w the menu. Brisket, pork, ribs, beans, mac, slaw. The food is delicious and I go their every Sunday since they only are open on thurs through Sunday. The BBQ is delicious and the ketchup based sauce on the side finishes it off just right. Anybody rolling through has to try this place
