The perfect poolside cafe this was – well more so for the bar n booze, but we had an appetite to fulfil.and seeing the bikini bods around – we couldn’t help but surf up to salads of sorts! The Mahi-Mahi fish tacos, the grilled shrimp Caesar salad, Buffalo chicken wrap and my West Indies crab meat salad – savoured on top with carrots peeled and avocado lumps with handsome crabmeat within dressed in French balsamic vinaigrette – add a tinge of mustard and voila!
