Friendly service and extremely convenient, but expensive because it’s located in a hotel, and expect to wait quite some time for your order. Overall, above average cuisine for a hotel-restaurant, but better options nearby. For breakfast, we ordered eggs, wheat toast and fruit (would have preferred more than just melon); bacon not crispy and overall sub-par; oatmeal with brown sugar served without brown sugar. For dinner, we ordered the Neptune salad (grilled shrimp on Romaine, with Parmesan and garlic herb croutons) and the point break chicken Cuban (grilled chicken, smoked pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard on a toasted Ciabatta roll). The salad was tasty with fresh greens and shrimp, but the sandwich was completely bland. Be sure to order the sweet potato tots, which were delicious!

My family ate at Riptides this afternoon for lunch are we were very disappointed. Service was virtually nonexistent. We saw our sever three times total, despite our cups being empty and needing condiments for our meal. My burger was served with a burned…black…bun. My husband’s $20 seafood platter was tasteless. The shrimp, calimari, grouper, and FRIES all tasted exactly the same. He just drowned everything in cocktail sauce until that ran out (and since we never saw our waitress, it was never replenished). We had high hopes, but we will not return here again.

Had a horrible experience here. Got the blackened mahi mahi because it never fails to disappoint me… Or at least it never did before I came here. The fish was way over cooked and had the texture of chicken, my plate had pork even though it wasn’t listed on the menu (I’m a pescetarian), it was definitely not blackened (it tasted horrible), it was $18 (not worth it AT ALL) and it just did not look appetizing. Not a single person I was with was impressed. Definitely don’t recommend.

We ate there twice during our stay and were not disappointed either time. Good to great service. Burgers, chicken wings and the sweet potato tots were a hit with my family. I had the Mahi and crayfish pasta that was really good. Honestly would eat there again.

My family had lunch here and all the food was really good. The burgers were great. The seasoned fries and sweet potatoes tots were awesome. The service could have been alittle faster, but everyone was really nice.

Tiki bar is awesome, best view around! Great bartenders and an amazing variety of drafts! Also the Malibu Bucket is the best!
