Very Good Crust. Right now you kind find Rolling Embers at the ReStore farmer’s market for lunches on Wednesdays, but they will be doing plenty of other gigs including Evenings at Old Seville Square in the upcoming weeks.The crust on the pizza had a terrific char similar to NY-style coal-fired piesa very different style than what has ever been available around here. The flavors were appropriately simple, and the cheese was good quality. Worth checking out. Cash only.
