I came here with a group and I was feeling up for some hibachi. So I ordered scallop and filet mignon. I told the waiter that I wanted rare. The chef confirmed to me for rare. The filet mignon came medium well. The food was ok and the showmanship was mediocre at best. While I understand that not every habachi is as good as Benihana, do something more than just rolling the eggs off the scraper or the onion train. Yes, the chef was humorous and that’s why I am giving it a 2 stars instead of 1.
