Went Back For the Succulent Fried Cajun Shrimp. After eating the best gizzards in town my wife and I went back to our favorite place to eat. This time I ordered their fried shrimp plate. It came with about 12 very large fried shrimp,coleslaw,and either fries or okra. I got the fries because I love the seasoning they put on them. The shrimp are better than Red Lobster could ever make. I like the kind you can pull out of the tail and these are them. I have always have to lose half the shrimp at Red Lobster in the tail. They have regular or cajun and I have tried both of them loving both. My wife loves their fried livers because they are very tender on the inside,but crispy on the outside. I don’t think there is another great Sunday place like WingZ 2 Go.02 Nov, 2014The Best Fried Gizzards and Chicken Strips!. Wife and I visited here last Sunday and was so happy to finally find a great place that has great food and a great atmosphere. It is truly a a hidden jewel that hopefully will be discovered soon by Pensacolians. The gizzards are cooked just right in which they are tender inside,but still crispy on the outside and full of flavor. The seasoning is what makes them so good. I used to get mine from Jerry’s Drive-In on Cervantes,but theirs are more greasy and lack the seasoning that Wingz 2 Go has Their chicken strips are made from scratch and hand breaded and are also very well seasoned. The fries are good as well and not too large and not too small. If you eat inside you can get free refills on their sodas as well which really helps when your eating the the food I ate. Hope they hang around for awhile and get the word out more so others can compliment them.
