Cool hangout with outdoor seating and live music. Only serves beer and wine.

Nice place!!!. We arrived at the Green Turtle to find no outdoor seats available 🙁 Feiix’s son, Alex, asked us to join him and his mother at their table. They were really a pleasure…music was good…people were friendly …and we had a great time! Thank you…we can’t wait to come back.

A comfy gem. Just a couple of blocks off the main drag in Fernandina’s historic downtown, this great little bar is tucked away on a side street. The decor is Grateful Dead meets Hawaiian turtle art, which matches the vibe. Even when this place is packed, like during Shrimp Festival or something, it still feels laid back. Out on the covered porch you’ve got tables, darts, and often somebody playing guitar and singing. More tables out in the shaded yard. Friday happy hour is when a genial crew of older locals takes over. At least two of them have four legs, one of whom sat on the barstool next to me once and munched on a dog biscuit on the bar. You have to love a bar with dogs, particularly ones that sit politely on barstools. What a nice crowd that Friday group is, very welcoming to everyone. Casual, comfortable, friendly, laid back. Great place.

Yumm!!. Went to this quaint place with my sister and niece, we split a gyro and the jethro sandwich. Both were wonderful. Chef Nori was awesome and came out of the kitchen to chat. I love the atmosphere in this place.

Sliders taste home made. And to see a pork chop sandwich on a menu outside of Montana! Not fried but flattened and grilled with your order. Everything on menu looked great. We can vouch for the sliders and the pork chop sandwich. Well worth a visit.

Gyros and sliders. Chef Nori has the best gyros on the island and his chili and sliders are also very good. Catch them for lunch.
