Absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be back!. I was told about Ms. Carolyn’s by a co-worker last week, and went today to try it for myself. I was blown away!! All of the staff was super friendly, the prices were more than reasonable, and a plentiful portion size… Could not have asked for anything better! Potato salad was out of this world! Thank you for a wonderful meal and I will be back soon!!
This is where to have breakfast if you are in Amelia or Fernindina. I had eggs florentine, fabulous. Perfect hollandaise sauce. I am so glad my arm was twisted on having a side of their cheese grits. My family loved their food as well, ham and cheese omelet, to big to finish, all good. We will be back next time we are in the area.
Amazing!!!. What a wonderful place to go for breakfast! Service was excellent and the food is out of this world. Best pancakes ever! Try the spicy sausage: it’s to die for. Ms Carolyn’s has made two hungry Scots very happy.

Cutting Corners. As a well established breakfast cafe you would think they could get this right. Nope, they cut corners on their corned beef hash. They are apparently supplementing the homemade with canned. While they make an excellent corned beef hash, it seems when things get busy it is always the same….canned is mixed in and I wouldn’t even do that when I am camping!
Good Food, Great Service. Great for the price. Tried and true dishes are the best. I had a sausage breakfast quesadilla and added shrimp. Cooked to perfection in no time flat with what had to be rresh local shrimp. My wife hads eggs benedict. Everything was cooked perfectly but the hollandaise was probably prepackaged. The place was absolutely packed but the wait staff and management were both efficient and friendly. 4 thumbs up from the 2 of us.
Breakfast was good I recommend it to anyone.
