Ms. Marta Andrews. I waited in the drive thru this morning like 7 cars in front of me. So, a parking space became available so I went inside. I ordered a chicken biscuit, after waiting awhile the manager told me they were out of biscuits, the cashier should of told customers when ordering. He asked me if it would be okay on a bagel, I said yes when I should have said NO. Only to get home and was shocked to find that I did not get a entire piece of chicken it was cut off!! I don’t understand that at all, that is totally UNACCEPTABLE!! I won’t be back as a customer for breakfast ever AGAIN!! I called about this and the gentlemen told me he was sorry and glad I called but did not offer me a replacement, also unacceptable!!
Best Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A Nine Mile Rd is the best one in the entire corporation. The food is hot, fresh, and very tasty. The drive thu is fast and accurate. The service is wonderful, and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this location to all.
