  The new procedure having the waitress deliver plates, silverware, drinks etc. is having the opposite effect then the one desired! The plates still have food/crust on them, you have to wait until some one finally brings the necessary items, and the waitress is so overwhelmed with delivering plates and silverware she apparently does not have enough time to refresh drinks and check in with customers to make sure everything is ok. I had the same waitress a few weeks back before the change and she was in high spirits and served us well, we left her a $10 tip, this time around she looked like she hated being there and was barely able to help us with our needs, I asked for stake sauce and by the time I got it I was through with the rest of my plate and my stake was cold. This is not a well thought out plan. I might add that between the two chefs/cooks preparing the stakes, one guy told me they were all rare to med/rare and right after he told me that he switched with another guy and as soon as he did the new guy asked what I needed I told him med/well he cut a piece and showed it to me and it looked med/well, now before this I had went up there to grab my wife a stake and she as well likes her med/well and the first guy served me her stake rare bleeding out of the stake. IF! If I go back I will be taking pictures and posting them online! This was at the Pensacola, Fl. restaurant.

  Seafood Buffet? I Didn’t See Anything. My wife and I decided to go to Golden Corral after seeing the delicious looking commercials on TV. We were truly in for a surprise after we discovered nothing looked like it did on the commercial and that they never ever put out any Calamari that they advertised. I got there at 4:30. Dinner was supposed to be out at 4pm. I sat and waited til 4:45 for one small measly pan of what I couldn’t believe what they called scallops.They had about 6 of them skewered on a -piece of bacon. All those didn’t ever fill the size of the piece of bacon. They were about dime sized. I have never in my life seen dime sized scallops. The commercial shows them to be much larger. Once those ran out there were none ever put out. The fried okra was never refilled despite many people asking. They cook kept telling me another 7 min,another 7min. I waited 20 and I finally had to go home,but not before talking to a rude manager named Andrea which offered me NOTHING for my trouble. She just said that the calamari was now frying,but I had already been there 1hr. I was full. Thanks Rae for being such a pleasant waitress,but this place just plain sucks.
