Mediocre Food. My husband, son and I were excited to try the subs. We were sadly disappointed because the food was not good. We asked for salt packs and they don’t have salt. My son who is 19 got up and left because the music was giving him a headache. I will not be going back. Sorry I wanted to like it but I have to be honest I threw half of my sub in the trash.
Just called for a delivery order the lady who answered the phone was so nice extremely cheerful and a pleasure to speak to. She took my order quickly and said they would see me shortly. Well, shortly wasn’t quite the word I would’ve used, more like immediately. My sandwich was delivered in six minutes I don’t possibly know how they could’ve made the sandwich and even got in their car that quickly. As for the sandwich I ordered the Vito extra meat and cheese it was good. It wasn’t the best Italian sandwich I’ve ever had, certainly not the worst. It’s cold cuts not gourmet Italian food.

Complaining about the amount of mustard and mayo? Sorry they dont know how much you want unless you tell them. Are they suppose to know already? Complaining about your sandwich not being cut in half? They make 8 inch subs. If you want it cut in half let them know. Its not hard! I personally love jimmy johns. Tastes delicious. Sandwiches made neatly. And amazing service.
