I ordered a tater skin and it was loaded with cheese and bacon bits. I chowed down the whole plate and it still has a lot of cheese and bacon bits leftover. So I gathered them together. Then I put the ranch dressing and the sour cream on half of the roll. The halved roll picked up the bacon and cheese pieces with the sauce. Wow! I just created another appetizer!My ribeye and grilled shrimp combo came which I specifically wanted to be done medium rare. As you can see in the pic, it is between medium and medium well. The grilled shrimp was over salted. I almost had a heart attack from all the salt consumed.
