Food is amazing. Prefer the pork and the brisket. Love the Mac and cheese, corn bread and sweet potato casserole. Don’t care for the gumbo very little meat and don’t care for flavor. P!ace is counter service and they bring food to you. Bathrooms were filthy though. Told one of the workers , she acted like she didn’t care.
Visited for first time today. Wouldn’t order the gumbo again, but Red Beans and rice was decent, pulled pork was good and so was cornbread. They were a little slow, but it was lunchtime.
Terrible Terrible Terrible did I say TERRIBLE???? Shrimp Po Boy should not even call what I just ate (and paid way too much for) a Shrimp Po Boy Yuck Yuck Yuck!!!!
Very very good. First visit. We had the Jambalaya, and Carnival sandwich. The Carnival had sausage, pork and beef, all very tasty, on french bread. Jambalaya was traditional, very good. Menu was excellent and cant wait to try more. Self Service for beer selection was a good idea. Staff was very nice and friendly, they actually seemed to enjoy working there. We will try the New Orleans location as well.
Not enough for money. Good food and atmosphere. I had high expectations and wasn’t let down by the food the only problem for that price I shouldn’t leave hungry. I am not a big eater but man for that kind of money you should expect more. Would I recommend, sure would but just stop by a sandwich place and eat before you go.
Tasty Chopped Brisket. The atmosphere is like some nightmarish tourist trap that captures stereotypical fictional New Orleans, but taken on it’s own, the food is good. The chopped brisket po-boy was tender and tasty, but had nothing in common with a New Orleans po-boy. The less than $6 burger options taste like something homemade off a grill, and are a good value. The staff is efficient and friendly as well,… enough to overlook the atmosphere.
Ate here for the first time yesterday. Po boy was huge and piled high with shrimp. The jambalaya was excellent. I thought the prices were very reasonable, especially based on the amount of food we got. Can’t wait to go back and try some more things on the menu!
