Second and last time. I had eaten here before but never again. I asked them to come threw the carport cuz the front door was broken but when they showed up they knocked on the front door anyway. Then continued to stand there after I asked him nicely to come closer to me. I had also asked for our food to be marked cuz mine was spicy and the others were not . They made two of our chicken fingers the same one was supposed to be plain but they were both very hot . I asked that one not be hot it was for a child . I called and asked them to fix it and every one was super rude . Refused to give me my money back and would not let me talk to a manager . So forget them have since found better places to order from.
Mobile Review. Had a coupon for BOGO on an order of wings, so I thought I would give Wing Zone a try. I’m not a wing connoisseur, but I know what I like. I usually prefer naked, on bone wings, but on this trip I happened to be in the mood for boneless wings and that’s what I ended up with. I called ahead of time to pick up, and this was a bit of a hassle. The first couple times the call went straight to a voicemail. I called the other local location to check if this one was still open, and they said it was. When I called a third time I got an answer, but was put on hold for about the amount of time it took for me to leave my house and drive to this store. After that however, the experience was good. The wings were ready when they said they would be, and when I asked to exchange a dipping sauce for another they gave me an extra one just in case. The wings were great; all white meat boneless wings. I got some kind of hot and sweat sauce that was supposed to be one of their spicier ones, but it wasn’t really spicy at all. The flavor was great though. I’m not a huge wing eater, but they do .50 cent wings on Tuesday and my experience was good enough that I would eat at Wing Zone again.
Service; great…..Food; not so good…. I used to order from here when I lived in P’cola and the food was pretty good….I hadn’t eaten there in 2 yrs so I decided to order…WOW!!! Food was absolute garbage. Friendly service but half of my order didn’t even have sauce on it!! Ordered in advance an hour and food still was not ready. I was ok with that and they were friendly and still served me sub-par food….WTH??? This location has gone down hill….
First time was ok, waited a little or order. Second time was good, no waiting.
The wings are very good and especially for the price. When I picked up my food, the employees were very friendly. Fast, convenient, delicious and cheap.
Wing zone is delicious. They have several choices so everyone gets what they want. The service is good, it takes usually a half an hour to be delivered, the staff is friendly and patient. I disagree with the last review.
Bad service. Ordered three times over a two week period…never took less than one and a half hour (90minutes) to get the food. It was greasy and tepid. Not going there again. Service needs a little work, eh?
