New sandwiches are Awsome!. Got the new buffalo chicken sandwich today and it was really good. They added some new sandwiches recently and they are all good but this one is the deal. Go with hot shot its not that hot and add cheese and bacon it was crispy and perfect.
Meh, I’ve had better.. I ordered a burger, fries, and a salad. I asked for no mustard or onions or pickles. Mayo and Ketchup on the side MInd you this is an online order I put in, so the special instructions were typed in the special instruction boxes.. They called and didn’t have fries ( seriously they were out of fries), so they substituted another item of my choice at no extra charge, YAY! I loved that part! I got fried mushrooms! Delivery wasn’t as fast as a pizza but that’s okay. The order arrived after an hour, and the mushrooms were piping hot! The burger was lukewarm. There was no ketchup at all anywhere. There was a piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato and ONIONS in a separate dish. The burger was meat and bread. I thought I’d ticked yes on cheese but apparently I didn’t.. okay fine.Here’s where I find things unacceptable. The burger patties didn’t taste like meat. You remember school lunch in elementary school, the soy burger patties? ( If you grew up in the 70’s). The sawdust dry rock hard patties you got in school that passed as burger patties?? That was what these are like. They were dry as dust, and crunchy and flat and tasted like soy burgers. The buns were a little mushy too. How that is possible when the meat is so dry and there was absolutely nothing else but meat and bun in that one container I do not know. It tasted bad. It looked bad. There is no redeeming quality about the burger at all. I ate some of it, but decided to focus on the good stuff… the mushrooms!For the most part, the mushrooms are great. Lovely crunchy batter, a really moist wet mushroom inside made for a great treat. They give you plenty too!… I did get one that was a little under done dough wise, but that happens… The ranch dressing was great.The salad, what can I say? It’s lettuce, a couple of tomato wedges and onions. I forgot to ask for NO onions on the salad. It’s really not worth ordering or a mention. Again, the dressing is great though! I’ve never ordered from them before. They are nice folks don’t get me wrong. The product they have though, as far as burgers go, the patties themselves are horrible. Yes on mushroom appetizers! skip the burgers unless you need to re-sole a shoe.. The garden salad is no frills. I’m liking this place because of the mushrooms and the salad dressing, so you know, my standards aren’t that high when it comes to food.. So again. SKIP the burgers.
