I read such terrible reviews before going here but due to the lack of choices in the area I went anyway. I have to say, the service was GOOD and the food was typical Applebee’s. Not sure what all the negative fuss is about…
Finally gave up. Service was good till change of shift and change of bartender. Waited 30 minutes to try and place an order and finally gave up. This is sad as I have been a regular customer here but no more. Chilis from now on sorry applebees you blew it. . .
Great if you like slow to non existente service. Been here three times and got ignored for atleast first 10 to 15 min each time. Food was cold, apitizers came same time as food, condiments tasted old and nasty, condiments didnt arrive untill 20 minutes after the food. Well pretty much needs new management i guess.
Do not go!! In town on business and close to the hotel. The sign said Immediate Seating which was true but immediate service was not. I was seated and waited over 10 minutes while at least 5 different servers walked by and not one acknowledged I was even there. The restaurant was maybe half full at the time. Needless to say I left and will not be back. Pitiful service.
This is our regular spot in our circle of friends; we dine here at least once a week! Half off appetizers after 10pm, can’t beat that! Awesome service unlike the Cutler Ridge location. Food tastes great every time 🙂
Awesome tasty food and great service! My favorite is their philly burger and the sweat potato fries.
Great casual dining!. Good food, good drinks(2for1!) and they can accomodate a large group of 10-15 in a few minutes ….no reservations…just walk in or call as you are parking. The customer service is good…the food service is a bit slow, depending on the server…need to let them know….enjoy the food and good cheer in this casual environment in Homestead near the Keys. (By the way, if you get Rudy as the server, you get good service AND good drinks)
