Food is okay but we got a service charge added to our bill. Upon inquiry was informed it was tip added for waitress and kitchen staff. Bad business not to inform us upfront. We won’t be back
Worst experience. I waited for my check outside in the rain for over 30 min- had to go pay for more parking time and run back even- then was brought a drink I did not order by the hostess not the server, and the server not only charged me for it but added the 20% tip for a 1 person table without it being listed that this was standard or stopping by my table for nearly 45 min. I asked for the managers name/number as he was not in and was given a non working number. Absolutely ridiculous.
Deceitful Automatic Tips. This place does not clearly indicate that it has an automatic 18% gratuity included on the bill (even for a party of 2!). My wife and I didn’t notice anything until I happened to see a little word ‘Tip’ at the bottom of my bill. To make things worse the, credit card slip also includes a tip line. I guess they think that 18% is not quite generous enough or worse that they hope you didn’t notice the automatic tip in which case customers may be tipping at an effective rate of about 35-40% when they think they are giving a tip of only 15-20%.I’ve filed a complaint with Florida Consumer Protection and I suggest anyone else whose felt cheated by this establishment do the same.
AWFUL SERVICE, RUDE, HORRIBLE PRICES. Slow Service, Waitress did not interact with us at all. The other waitresses seemed super annoyed if we asked any questions, so we kept to ourselves. Their sandwiches are $10, and does not include any sides! We spent almost $40 just on two sandwiches, one side of fries, and a soda.
Awful. Waffle was deep fried and oozing oil. Omelet used canned guacamole and was overcooked. No coffee refills. Avoid.
Yummy, fun dining. The food here is great. I mostly go for the breakfast because the french toast is amazing! You get a lot of food for your money and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. Don’t miss out on a great experience 🙂
