  Food was ok, but the service was at glacial pace – unacceptable for a Wednesday night. Plates were brought at different times for each person at the table, supposedly because they were served as the got ready, but my friend’s wings came to the table cold.

  Could be good but…. Yet another restaurant trying to make it in the Atlantic Hotel. Great space, fun interior, pretty good food and reasonably priced but terrible service. Seems like the typical SoFla management/staffing issue will ruin another restaurant here. It is a great space so it is disappointing to see so many restaurants many fail here. Went here for a party – table of eight. All agreed that food was really pretty good- not spectacular but all were quite satisfied. A few of the standouts- linguini and clams, seafood paella, scallops, and the grouper dish. Though we were there to celebrate, we were never asked if we wanted another round of drinks- we would have- or if we wanted our water glasses refilled- which was ridiculous! Oddly they refused to separate the checks when ordering, insisting it be sorted out after the meal- which added an unnecessary thirty minutes and too much math to our celebration- MAJOR buzz-kill. Not to mention that the party started slow with extremely slow and almost inattentive service at the bar before we were seated for dinner. It was a fairly busy bar but with three bartenders it could have and should have been more efficient. Get it together people. It seems the people in the kitchen have it right but those working the floor are clueless. While the interior is fun, there are few sound barriers and the music is too loud so unless you are at a table for two or four you can forget trying to have a conversation. Hopefully someone with a clue can look at the reviews and fix the problems because there is some potential here.

  Service. Ok got our water and then no one show up to our table for 30 min. Went to hostess ask to see our waiter. Places order waited another 30 min. Food was not nothing to brag about. 20 min. Later back to hostess ask for another glass of water. Finish dinner never got my check went back to hostess they never cleared table ask for check then let. Beauty place nice atmosphere and the hotel is the same room service never show had a spa appointment at 9: am doors locked they were 15 min late. Message was awesome. Has another appointment at 2 the lady caught the drawbridge she was 20 minutes late. Would love to come back to both the hotel and restaurant after they get school on customer service. My stay is six days I leave tomorrow.

  Why did Solita close???. The same reason this will close. Poor service. I thought I was on an episode of Punked It was so bad waiter never even came back. And when we got our food , cold tasteless and over priced The perfect recipe for for restaurant that will not be around for long. Will not go back

  Romance gone wrong. Beautiful place it has the look but the service was not good we gave them every opportunity to trytook 40 min to get the food then it was cold sent it back. i think thin bread sticks should have gave me a hint . they tried again but no silverware no platesfood got cold again the manager did reduce the cost but just not a happy time

  Service was awful! We went for lunch, got there at 230 didn’t eat until 400!!! Food was ok. But we were one of only two tables and just ordered sandwiches and it took over an hour and a half!! DO NOT GO HERE! The Mgr’s answer was there was a ‘shift’ change in the kitchen.
