  Terrible food and service.. Very rude people and food was bland. Too many Chinese restaurants in Ft. Laud. to have to use this one.

  Delivery of Food. I placed an order for food and then after seeing that that they have dogs and cats around the restaurant I cancel the order and the man curse at me . they kept calling me cursing me .I asked then to stop calling me .

  Rude all the way. The young lady that took my order was beyond rude and couldn’t even get my address right..after about four tries she got it right and I placed my order and she said 45 mins and it was more like two hours..after calling to ask what is taking so long the rude girl got an attitude because I wanted to cancel my order..and while I was on the phone with her the delivery guy showed up at my door..didn’t even say a word..so I got off the phone and payed the guy.and went to check my food it was cold and it had to be the worst Chinese food if have ever had!!!! Will never order from there again,,,,,!!!!

  Delivery. BAD TIMING : Placed a order they said 40 minutes and it took almost 2 hours, then when I called to check on the order the person on the phone was rude and treated me as if I was being unreasonable asking when I should expect the food. UNACCEPTABLE !

  It took over 2 hours for them to deliver and no one answered the phone when I tried to find out where my food was after the 1st hour. When the food finally arrived, it was bland and a complete waste of money. It ended up in the garbage. Never again. I will stick with Chop Stix even though they don’t deliver
