Overrated. Poor, slow service. Burgers undercooked and overpriced. Salad bar pretty slim for $10. Sweet potato side dish was puny. Our own waiter walked by our table a dozen times but never once stopped to say he’d check on our order, ask how everything was, or anything. Same with managers. Not sure how this place stays open. 4/17/15
Long time customer.. Will never be back unless a total refund is forthcoming. Two of three meals were unacceptable. Service very poor and ‘management’ not much better. Did not make a scene due to my guests, but wrong steak delivered and corrected only after we had finished dinner. It’s a shame; I have going to Chucks for over 30 years. November 14, 2014.
