I paid almost $35 dollars and we were ready to start eating when my brother asked me for jelly or jam for his croissants. He approached the counter and asked the assistant for a little bit of jelly and she answered: Sir: Jelly is EXTRA and it costs $0.40 cents Yes, (OWNER), they opened the register to charge us FORTY CENTS for a piece of jelly???????????I was so embarrassed, because charging somebody $0.40 after we paid $35 was just miserable, cheap and disgusting.I am really considering no going back to your place anymore, since I feel that your service values with customers are not going on right direction.

Good Croissants- Poor Service. The croissants are good. But I do agree with the staff being rude and they charge you extra for butter and jelly. I’m already paying a lot for the croissants and they want to charge extra for condiments?? And they charge you for each tiny tub of butter which only butters the tip of the croissant. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous.

Chocolate croissants were awesome. Service terrible, rude staff and very poor customer service. A greeting and a smile would be nice. La Provence artisanal french Bakery in North Miami Beach is my new go to for the most AMAZING croissants, french pastries, and espresso. Very courteous, lovely staff.

WOW. Awesome baked goods, sandwiches and service. I doubt anyone will be disappointed. They do have prices that are a little higher than the usual, but boy is it worth it!

Okay food, horrible service. Food is okay, crossiants are good but service is horrible. The girl serving us made us feel really stupid for being a first timer, rolling eyes, she did not ask if we wanted our sandwich heated which had brie cheese on it and when asked to heat, she refused. Line up is very confusing. Everyone seems completely miserable. Such a shame because bakery items looked beautiful and I wanted to go back to order a cake but now will not return.

BEST FRENCH BAKERY in Fla.. YES!! with bakery hours, high quality products at great prices. I’ve been going in there for 20 + years, since I relocated down from NY (where I know various french bakeries too)Point is, that I would had been very dissapointed shouldn’t I had found this finest bakery here in Florida. It is the closest to the ones in Europe. As for the crowds, yes we have to make a line and wait our turn as we do in Europe when we go for our baguette but, it is well worth it. I just can’t resist their awesome HOT bread, it is truly baked to perfection. ( I get several, slice and freeze them ) I just cant live without. ( they also sell the frozen dough: croissants, mini and dinner rolls boxed in various counts ) When I got time to sit outside, I grab a bottle of wine, (they uncork for you and provide the wine glasses) some charcuterie and/or cheeses and enjoy the fresh air, the blooming bougainvilleas and the birdies. It brings me back in time, it is really lovely in there. Impeccable cleanliness and the service is just rightThey have great sales too. Ah! and when you spend a certain amount they reward you with a gift card good for your next visit. Don’t miss out !! Once you experience this establishment, the magnificent cakes and huge selection of pastries, you will agree that It doesn’t get better than Croissan’Time !! 🙂

Great Coffee/Plain Croissants, Everything Else was Blah. I really liked our coffees. They were rich and smooth. They even had rock sugar stirrers. We also for some of the loaded/covered croissants. Those were not very good. The toppings made them all soggy and kinda gross. The quiches were okay…kinda dry. And since they microwaved them to reheat, it just didn’t taste fresh. We did grab a few plain croissants and those were friggin’ great.
