Don’t expect gourmet (LOL) It’s a typical old fashioned diner!! Good food and fun. Very nice waitresses!! If you’re alone, sit at the counter. Joy is usually the waitress there and she’s a hoot!! Kid with her and she will come right back at you!! 🙂 Lisa is also VERY nice too. Seems busy especially on Sundays before and after church!! Check it out if you haven’t been. It’s been around for YEARS!! Good food and, of course, good prices.

I ate at the Egg and You many years ago,I recently returned to Lauderdale for a visit and was surprised that the Restaurant was still standing,Lauderdale has changed a lot,but the food was as good as ever,there’s nothing like a good breakfast and I got it at The Egg and You,I be back!!,The Warfrat.
Awesome service and you’d be hard pressed to find a friendlier staff.
Worst breakfast in Broward County. Medium rare steak was grey all the way through. Over medium eggs were not even over easy. The congealed fat on my plate right now makes me want to vomit up what I just ate.
Don’t have high expectations and you will enjoy your meal. The waitress was very accommodating. I enjoyed my omelet, but it seemed to have bits of hard-boiled egg in it. I can’t imagine why. The biscuits are delicious. The potatoes would have been better if they were crispy. Ask them to do that for you. This is an old-style diner.
Im here now- Ive driving by this place for years and wondering how it is- well I just watched my friend spit the eggs out on the plate and I tried to cut the pancakes that felt like rubber. NOT GOOD!!!!!!
