  I have been going there for years, I also understand that there are cultural and language barriers, but I never experienced the things that the previous 2 reviews experienced few. NOW that is out the way, the food is excellent, everything is made to order, and I have always been pleased.

  Is in the worst place around fourt lauderdale, the customer service is 100% horrible and is really dirty, please don’t say the you guys are from one of the most amazing countries in the world (Guate)

  So they call themselves…Guatemala Restaurant. Far from home… craving some Guatemalan food and what I got was the worst customer service ever in my life and I sure travel around a lot to know what to expect but this restaurant is the worst, first and last time never again will visit it. I check the menu few items were from Guatemala so I ask why are you serving pupusas when they are from El Salvador and she just gave me the biggest attitude saying if I’m going to criticize to just go somewhere else…..when customers expect Guatemalan food, her attitude was not necessary. I ask to give me several items from the menu like chuchitos, rellenito, tamal, items from Guatemala… to try so she said We don’t have it you have to order in advance, when this items were in the menu as appetizers, so nothing I ask was available. plus I was getting several other things as bread, beer, sodas, and more things to go so she really lost a customer. The place was not clean and the dirty plates from customers were not been pick up. The other waitress told me to hurry up to order because she was going home that is ridiculous and every time I ask for an item in the menu they don’t have it. SO WHAT KIND OF RESTAURANT ARE THEY????? with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…..they shouldn’t have been in business.
