Jack Jackson, of Burt & Jacks and Jacksons Steakhouse, has opened his newest restaurant venture Jacksons Prime. The restaurant features great USDA Prime Steaks and Chops that are in the top 2% of USDA graded steaks in the US. The Modern Steakhouse menu also offers exceptional non-steak choices like Charred Octopus, Corn Crusted Yellow Tail Snapper, and Burt & Jacks famous Baked Stuffed Maine Lobster. The interior is warm and sophisticated with a touch of intimacy. Modern lighting is accented with eclectic crystal chandeliers creating an uptown ambiance. A large bar dominates the center of the restaurant and is available for both cocktails and full menu dining.
