Been going there weekly for over 8 years. Great food, great service. The staff treats everyone like family. Kenny makes the best drinks!
The 46 oz margarita was fun. Had the shredded beef burrito, and it was great. My buddies had the teriyaki salad and shrimp quesadilla, they were really good too. Great atmosphere, better prices!. My gf is new in town and has never been to Fort Lauderdale beach. So we parked at the Galleria mall and walked over the bridge. Stopped at the Mexican Cantina to quench our thirst. The margaritas are excellent here and so are the chips. The atmosphere is great. All kinds of people having fun, laughing enjoying them selves. We didnt wanna fill up on food so we just had some jalapeno poppers and cheese nachos. Both excellent. The service was perfect. And the bill even better.
Worst Mexican Food Ever!!. We were visiting from Atlanta and we were soooo…. disappointed. We have real Mexican food back home. Their queso here was not true queso. Ground beef taco tasted funny. Presentation of food on the plate basically looked like someone barfed up their last Mexican meal. Service was okay, and the drinks seemed decent, but I would not go back. Too dark inside and I really do not want to see inside the kitchen when there is some long-haired grease monkey cooking my food!
Great service. Food is TexMex not true Mexican- and I would have preferred it spicier but it was good. I had chicken chimichanga and it really was a lot of good quality white meat chicken.
The chips were warm and the salsa was so fresh better than Zona Fresca. Things to order: Nachos Wings Mozzarella Sticks because they make the marinara and it’s amazing The Quesadilla has basil in it that that is so fresh The black bean soup is a star! It is so wonderful and has so much depth The chicken tortilla soup is great it is authentic The steak is great The guacamole is made fresh for every table and it amazing and here is a side note: I have been in the kitchen and let me tell you not only is it clean it smells like heaven
I liked it. I ordered the chimichanga and it was more than I could eat, and I can eat. The beans with the crusty melted cheese on top and the rice were a great compliment to the chimi.
