Great NEW REstaurant. I had passed this restaurant a bunch of times in the past but just hadnt had the time to stop and try it out until yesterday. I will tell you this that I wish I had tried it before because the whole experience was fantastic.Between all the food options to choose from, the service and even the decor I was blown away. Overall a great restaurant I will be back!
Nice place. Surprised to read all the bad reviews of service: visited recently and our server was really personable and attentive. Granted, there weren’t a ton of diners, but from what we could see, everyone was happy. My Mediterranean pizza was quite tasty; a BBQ chicken pizza looked good, too. Two friends got salads they said they liked. I was impressed with the completely open kitchen: no secrets, there. Give the place a try.
NEVER EVER GO HERE!. Probably the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. The pizza is good, but the staff ruins the experience. I have not once had one pleasant person on the phone. We order from this place at least once a week and every time we dread calling. Each time we order, our bill is over $50. That’s right, $50 for two large pizzas and a salad.Last night, we were told our order would take 45 minutes….it showed up in almost an hour and half. I called and the woman on the phone told me after an hour, ‘it’s on the road.’ No apologies or concern. When we finally got our pizza it was cold. Clearly, to be expected after an hour and a half wait. I called and was told there was ‘no manager’ there. After I said it took such a long time and it was cold she said ‘well, we’re busy.’ She then put me on the usual rude woman we get when we call to order. I asked what her title was, she said ‘I am a manager.’ Someone is not telling the truth. In any case, I demanded my money back…this place IS NOT CHEAP. Our bill was over $50, again. We’ll just have to wait and see if they actually do refund my money.This is the last dime they are getting from me! STAY AWAY
1 hr 15 minute delivery and cold pizza. The food is normally good but this is the second time in a row my pizza has been delivered late and cold. I will never eat at this establishment again.
DO NOT ORDER FOOD, I REPEAT2!!!!. The food is horrible, the manager and the staff are rude, nasty and no compassion for their customers. The forget to provide the items you order; but, they try to make it seem like you are not telling the truth. The presentation of the food was dingy and the bags had grease and oil all over them. The driver looked the same as the food.
Unhappy with Service!. The pizza was ok, but the treatment with my credit card was not!!!!I left the credit card at the restaurant, they claim it was behind the bill – I think they forgot to return it to me in the credit card envelope. In any event, I called about 8 times to get it back. I asked them to mail it to my parent’s home in Boca Raton (I’m from out of state).They never mailed it. Further, they were very uncooperative on the telephone.I never got the card back, and now I’ve heard some charges I never approved are on the card (but I’m not accusing them of using the card – I don’t have evidence of that).Long story short- pizza was ok, but make sure you hold on to your credit card at this place!!!
