Where to start!!! This place is amazing. We are from Oklahoma and this makes our must do restaurant list. Every menu item is a hit, even stuff I wouldn’t expect to like. They have a drink called a rum bucket that literally comes in a bucket and is the shiznit.
Came here many, many times while staying across the street visiting the area. Great neighborhood bar away from the beach strip where regulars come to watch the game and enjoy great drinks, food, and service. The bartender and a few waiters even remembered my name after coming in several times! Great craft beer selection, the bartender Joseph makes great fresh drinks and is friendly. Drummed up many conversations with me after finding I was visiting the area from NY. Service from all the waitstaff was great as well. Very clean, no smell of old beer or typical odors you find in busy bars. Came here many times for meals, all great experiences. French onion soup is great. They make a delicious buffalo chicken sandwich and their many burger items are tasty. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are $14.99 Lobster dinner night! I have to say if was delicious. What a deal. If you don’t order their fajitas, someone sitting next to you will and you’ll be forced to get them. They smell and taste incredible. Their fries are definitely a highlight. It is evident that they change their fryer oil frequently, you can taste the fresh crispness. They have about 20 TV’s, so chances are they’re playing the game you want to watch. Just a great spot for lunch, dinner, or drinks.
The struggle is real. Well..there is a long list of reasons this restaurant is on my worst dining experiences list. To start we came because there was a crab leg special, it was 7:30pm and they were completely out, although we didn’t know until after ordering. The salads were delivered random times, we had to ask multiple times for the sides. We had a question about the lobster and the manager treated us like we were idiots. Our waiter only took our order and never once we had our food. We sat outside at an unlit table and I never want to come back. The quality is questionable and the service is non existent.
