Digs are right on, $3 draft on Tuesday with some fine local and craft choices. Loads of variety including award winning fried chicken even. I went chopped brisket with added white cheddar and a side of jalapeo topped deviled eggs. Lots of food and the tangy BBQ sauce was a good complement on sammich and a smidge in the eggs too.Late lunch so not crowded and friendly folks. Happily will return and give that fried chicken a try next time.
my favorite bbq place was closed so i decide to try RED COW BBQ. was buying dinner for 4 people so i got one of their combos with 4 meats and 2 sides . i got sliced brisket (x2) bacon soaked pork and pulled pork with cornbread, fried brussel sprouts and another order of fries. the meat was horrible . the brisket was like shoeleather , literally could not cut with the plastic knife. LOTS of fat as well. the bacon soaked pork was also tough . the pulled pork was okay but nothing exceptional . the cornbread was very good as well as the fries . the fried brussel sprouts were good , but a little burnt. I love brisket and have had brisket many places and this is by far the worst i have ever had .
